The Quick Brown Fox

This is a design for a book I created, handmade and wrote in my last year at university. It is a children’s book based on the typographic phrase ‘the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog’. This phrase is used to test how a font looks as it uses all of the letters in the alphabet. The book uses hand drawn illustration and also uses type as illustration too.

The book is not published yet, although I hope to publish it soon as I am getting into indie-publishing as a side hustle.
